How it works (quick start)
Open the add-on sidebar in Google Sheets.
Connect GCP: The app auto-detects your Billing Export (or helps you set one up).
Choose scope (all projects or select a few) and dates.
Click Import, Forecast, or Savings to populate sheets with results.
Filter, chart, and share like any other spreadsheet.
Privacy & security
Uses your Google identity to access only the data you choose.
Requires standard cloud scopes (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Platform) strictly to read billing and recommendation data and write results into your Sheet.
No credentials are stored in the Sheet; access is governed by your Google account and project permissions.
