How long we retain your data

Privacy Policy for WhatsApp Messaging App:
Purpose:
Our WhatsApp Messaging App allows users to send template-based messages and documents to recipients using the WhatsApp Cloud API, as authorized by Meta Platforms Inc.
Data Collected:
- Recipient phone numbers (provided by the user)
- Message content and optional attachments (e.g., PDFs)
- Meta-provided message delivery statuses and media IDs
Note: We do not store these data in our serves or anywhere. We collect these data only to enable the customer to send template based message and attachments to their end customers using Google Sheet Apps script and WhatsApp Cloud API.
How We Use the Data:
- To deliver WhatsApp messages on behalf of users
- To monitor delivery status and error handling via the Meta API
- To generate logs and analytics for internal debugging and service optimization
Data Sharing:
- Message data is securely transmitted to WhatsApp (Meta) for delivery only

Service: Datascoop – Cloud Spend Optimizer (“Datascoop” or the “Service”).
We build tools that analyze cloud spend and surface savings opportunities across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- The Datascoop add-on/extension (e.g., Google Sheets sidebar), web application, and related APIs.
- Support portals, documentation sites, and communications with us (email, chat, tickets).
It does not apply to third-party services you connect (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure, Google Sheets). Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
2) Information We Collect
A) You provide directly
- Account and contact data: name, email, organization, role, billing contact, and preferences.
- Support data: messages, attachments, error reports, and feedback.
- Payment data (if applicable): processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
B) Data you connect (“Customer Data”)
- Cloud billing/usage data you configure, such as:
- GCP Billing Export tables (e.g., BigQuery datasets and schemas), Google Recommender outputs.
- AWS Cost & Usage Reports, Cost Explorer outputs, Trusted Advisor recommendations.
- Azure Cost Management exports and Advisor recommendations.
- Resource metadata: project/account IDs, service/sku identifiers, regions, labels/tags, and usage metrics.
- Results we generate: aggregations, forecasts, savings insights, charts, and spreadsheets.
We access Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Service and support.
C) Automatic collection
- Usage and telemetry: feature interactions, performance metrics, device/browser type, language, anonymized or pseudonymized identifiers (e.g., add-on install ID).
- Log data: timestamps, API status codes, request/response sizes, error traces (scrubbed of secrets).
- Cookies/Local storage (web app): to keep you signed in, remember settings, and measure product usage.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

- Legal and safety: if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or sale, your information may be transferred subject to this Policy.
We do not share Customer Data with advertisers.
6) Google User Data & Limited Use (if applicable)
When our Google Sheets add-on or OAuth integration accesses Google user data:
- We only use the data to provide features you initiate (e.g., reading/writing sheets you select).
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service, comply with law, or with your consent.
- We comply with Google’s Limited Use requirements for restricted scopes.

11) Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12) Data Controller / Processor Roles
- For account, billing, marketing, and website telemetry, we are the controller.
- For Customer Data (cloud billing/usage, recommendations, outputs) uploaded or connected by your organization, you (or your organization) are the controller, and we are the processor (or service provider).
A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available upon request and will govern to the extent of any conflict with this Policy.
